Tried Kyouka Ramen and was seriously impressed! I had the Shoyu Ramen with double toppings, their Karaage, and the Kyouka Paitan Apple Miso Ramen. The broths were rich and flavorful, especially the miso—it had a unique, slightly sweet twist that worked really well. Toppings were generous and high quality, and the karaage was crispy and juicy. Service was fantastic—super friendly and welcoming staff. Definitely a must-visit spot for ramen lovers in the Beaches!

I came in for the lunch special and had the kyouka donburi with the kyouka house ramen. The grilled pork in the donburi was very well-seasoned and was complimented by the hot bed of rice. The house ramen tasted very authentic and included two of the largest slices of pork I've ever gotten in a restaurant ramen. The noodles were the star of the show; perfect cook and texture. The staff was also very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely come back for more donburi and to try another type of ramen.

Super friendly staff, and a unique house kelp broth with chewy thick noodles. The house broth is salty and surprisingly light but super savoury and flavorful. The pork topping with the dipping noodles is a bit on the dry side but otherwise soft and delicious. If you like thick squiggly noodles this is your spot. Also love the option for spicy and FIRE level on most of the bowls, haha. Bowl at the table in like 2 minutes too. Update: Returned to try out another super unique bowl of ramen... with a dill broth! Basically tasted like dill pickle chips in the form of ramen. Incredibly unique and really well executed. Love to see a ramen joint in Toronto doing some exciting things with ramen and totally pulling it off. Upped to 5 stars from 4.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The ramen broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, with perfectly cooked noodles and toppings that melted in your mouth. The karaage was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and paired beautifully with the creamy dipping sauce. The rice bowl was packed with savory and spicy flavors that balanced perfectly. The attention to detail in every dish made this place stand out. Definitely coming back!

Such a delightful experience. Food and service were both excellent! We tried the house and shio ramen and it was amazing! All of the ramen toppings were really good but the pork chashu topping was the best I’ve ever had. Karaage was very well seasoned and tendon donburi was awesome too. Will visit again to try the miso ramen!

Best ramen in Toronto. I think I cried when I ate it because it reminded me of Japan so much. Thick twisty noodles just like in Japan. You won't regret coming here. Ikkousha is amazing but kyouka's kind of ramen is far more ubiquitous in Japan But you can probably skip the donburis. Bring back your mazemen!!

Delicious bowls of ramen, and not too salty. Satisfying amount of food, you won't leave hungry. The noodles have a great chewy texture and the pork broth is a bit spicy but in a good way. Nice little restaurant with cute decor and very friendly service.
